Registration of residents of FEZ “Mogilev”

Information for investors Registration of residents of FEZ “Mogilev”

A legal entity of the Republic of Belarus or an individual entrepreneur of the Republic of Belarus located on the territory of FEZ “Mogilev”, which have signed together with Administration of FEZ “Mogilev” the Agreement on terms of activities in the FEZ can be registered as a resident of FEZ “Mogilev”. To consider registration issue Administration of FEZ “Mogilev” requires applicants to submit the following documents:

1. Application for registration specifically approved by the administration of FEZ «Mogilev»; скачать
2. Copy of statutory documents (for legal entities);
3. Copy of certificate of state registration;
4. Business-plan of investment project. Business-plan of a legal entity, which is within jurisdiction of or whose shares are controlled by a republican agency for state regulation or other state organization in subordination to the Government of the Republic of Belarus or Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, should be approved by a higher organization;
5. Payment document proving remittance of state duty for registration as a resident of the FEZ.

Investment project has to meet the following main requirements:

• The total investment amount is not less than EUR 1 mln.
• Investment projects should be based on new production of export-oriented and (or) import-substituting goods.

Administration of FEZ “Mogilev” approves or refuses registration as a resident of FEZ “Mogilev” and signing an Agreement on terms of activities in the FEZ within 14 working days since receipt of the required documents.
