In June 2010 the Mogilev FEZ Administration registered three new residents:
- Private Enterprise «NTC «Didaktika»;
- JLLC «Returna M»;
- JLLC «UniMaster-Bel».
Private Enterprise «NTC «Didaktika» intends to implement the investment project “Setting up production of educational equipment for institutes of higher education and specialized secondary schools”.
The project’s importance is caused by the fact that laboratory equipment designed for facilitation of educational process in institutes of higher education and specialized secondary schools rapidly becomes obsolete due to scientific and technological progress. Modern lab benches allow students to practically test theoretical knowledge acquired.
The future production will be based on the most up-to-date technologies, and the equipment will comply with all state educational standards.
JLLC «Returna M» was registered with the investment project «Organization of production of finished products and complementary parts for sectional gates».
There is a constantly growing demand of the companies performing construction and installation works for constructions, which provide energy saving at industrial and transport establishments.
The main activity of the enterprise will be manufacturing of complementary parts for sectional garage and industrial gates made from zinc steel, as well as sandwich panels from industrially dyed coiled steel with foamed polyurethane filler.
JLLC «UniMaster-Bel» will implement the investment project «Organization of production of wood-processing machines».
The household wood-processing machines, which are currently supplied to the markets of the CIS countries, mostly have obsolete design. Their basic models do not allow for performance of all joiner’s operations without purchase of accessory tools.
JLLC «UniMaster-Bel» is going to manufacture multifunctional household wood-processing machines, which kit will include all accessories for chipping, sawing, milling, drilling and other operations.
