Compensation of losses of agricultural and forestry production
In accordance with subparagraphs 4.16, 4.17, 5.1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 667 of December 27, 2007 FEZ residents shall not compensate for losses of agricultural and forestry production in case of withdrawal of agricultural or forestry lands for implementation of investment projects by FEZ residents within FEZ for construction and (or) maintenance of transport and engineering infrastructure within FEZ.
