Mebelain, IOOO

The Foreign Limited Liability Company «Mebelain» was registered as a resident of the Mogilev Free Economic Zone on April 28, 2010.

Since its establishment, the company has implemented two major investment projects for the construction and expansion of the factory’s  production capacities. It is included in the register of authorized economic operators.

One of the key factors of success is the work and continuous improvement of a sustainable quality management system, a logical structure of production and organizational processes.

The work of the divisions of the company IOOO «Mebelain» fully complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The company’s interests and goals also include the implementation of elements of environmental and energy management systems (requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards). The SAP system has been implemented and is used for full accounting of materials at each stage of the technological cycle and effective business management.

The suppliers of raw materials for IOOO «Mebelain» are both local and foreign manufacturers.

To produce products with minimal costs and create the highest value for customers, IOOO «Mebelain» specialists have implemented a set of elements of the Lean production system.

In 2018, the company won the National «Entrepreneur of the Year» competition in the «Stable Success» category.

In 2020, IOOO «Mebelain» was awarded a diploma of the republican competition «Best Exporter of 2019» in the «Woodworking and Furniture Production» category.

In 2023, the range of products was completely updated. At the same time, technologies were observed and the highest quality of production was maintained. The competitive advantage of the company Mebelain is the unique and extremely rare production technologies for the EAEU furniture market (tamburat, natural veneer coating, pigment). Eco-friendly and safe materials are used for the production of products.

Thanks to robotic production, precise and efficient, product complaints have been reduced to almost zero.

IOOO «Mebelain» uses the most convenient product packaging: three-layer corrugated cardboard for each item, legs on pallets are fixed taking into account the location of the goods on the pallet, which ensures better preservation of the goods during transportation. Such pallets are cheaper and more environmentally friendly, they are easy to dispose.
