The total development area is 16,110 square meters, with a landscaped area of ​​2.55 hectares within the construction boundaries. The production facility is equipped with cutting-edge, energy-efficient, and high-precision state-of-the-art equipment: innovative laser and plasma cutting systems for high-quality cutting and efficient cleaning of metals; high-precision CNC equipment for automating production processes and manufacturing complex parts; advanced sheet metal processing lines—powerful press brakes, guillotine shears, and rolling machines; a fleet of metal-cutting machines—modern turning, milling, drilling, and grinding machines. The commissioning of the new production facility will increase the annual production of metal structures by 13,200 tons. The resident plans to develop a new, in-demand area: the production of shipping containers, including sea and rail containers. The planned production volume is 2,000 units per year. The Mogilev Free Economic Zone continues to create favorable conditions for the implementation of large-scale investment projects and the development of modern manufacturing.
