"Mogilev" FEZ resident companies are exempt from customs duties and taxes:
- for equipment, construction materials and other objects essential for implementation of the investment project;
- for raw materials for production of goods that shall be exported outside the Eurasian Economic Union.Customs preferences

All the 18 sites of “Mogilev” FEZ are located in industrial zones of Mogilev and other district centers and are distinguished by developed engineering and transport infrastructure.
- 404 ha of vacant land lots (Greenfield) and
- 76.5 thousand sq.m. of vacant production premises (Brownfield) are available for implementation of investment projects in "Mogilev" FEZ.
