The administration of FEZ “Mogilev” held a training event on “Personnel management technology”
On May 21, 2025 in FEZ “Mogilev” administration there was held a training event for top managers and hr-specialists of resident enterprises on the topic “Technologies of personnel management”, the invited speaker - Mudrik Alexander Vadimovich, managing partner of HR Pilot School, managing partner of ICAR research agency, independent HR-expert, business consultant on strategic management and human resources management, business trainer, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor.
The event raised such important issues as:
- internal and external problems in personnel management in companies;
- solving the problem of attracting personnel to the company. Who, how and why is the driver of attraction? How to do it correctly;
- Why do professionals leave the company? Who is to blame and what to do about it?
This training was the beginning of implementation of the action plan, which was supported by UNDP within the framework of the development of the Center of Competencies for Labor Productivity Improvement on the basis of FEZ “Mogilev”.
